Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Airtime or data top-ups

❗ Exceptions:

We will issue a refund or replacement if:

  • There was a duplicate purchase due to a platform error.

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible physical products (e.g., printed cards, packaged software, or merchandise) under the following conditions:
