Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final. This includes (but is not limited to):
Gift card codes

Airtime or data top-ups

The code or license delivered is invalid or not working, and this is confirmed by our system or suppliers.
You were charged but did not receive your digital product within 24 hours, and our support team verifies the error.
There was a duplicate purchase due to a platform error.
You must report the issue within 48 hours of purchase to be eligible for resolution.
We accept returns or exchanges for eligible physical products (e.g., printed cards, packaged software, or merchandise) under the following conditions:
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
You must provide the order number, photos (if requested), and reason for return.
Exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
