At Gliaswift, we offer both instant digital delivery and physical shipping options for select products. This policy explains how each is handled, so you know exactly what to expect.


🚀 Digital Product Delivery

All digital goods—such as e-codes, digital licenses, software keys, top-up pins, and downloadable content—are delivered instantly or within a few minutes of payment confirmation.

  • Delivered via email and available in your Gliaswift dashboard.

  • Typical delivery time: 30 seconds to 5 minutes.

  • For larger or high-risk orders, verification may delay delivery up to 12 hours.

If you haven’t received your product within 10 minutes, please:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Log into your dashboard to access it.

  • Contact our support team if needed.


📦 Physical Shipping

Some products on Gliaswift require physical delivery—for example, printed gift cards, hardware wallets, boxed software, or custom merchandise.

🚚 Shipping Options:

We offer the following shipping methods based on your location and product type:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 5–12 business days

Delivery time depends on your location, shipping method, and product availability.

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Europe

  • Select countries in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East

If we don’t ship to your location yet, the system will notify you at checkout.

💸 Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees vary by product weight, destination, and selected method. Exact costs are calculated at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be available for:

  • Orders above a certain value

📦 Order Processing Time

  • Order handling time: 1–2 business days for most physical items.

  • Weekend or holiday orders will be processed the next working day.

  • Tracking information is emailed once the order ships.


🛑 Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship physical products to:

  • P.O. Boxes (in some countries)

  • Sanctioned or restricted regions

  • Locations where the product type is prohibited

❌ Failed Deliveries or Returns

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability:

  • You may be responsible for reshipping fees.

  • Refunds (minus shipping cost) may be offered in eligible cases.
